Butlins – A History & Review, Discounted Prices Too
Butlins, One Of The Most Popular Holiday Resorts In The UK
Butlins originated in the 1930s and was designed to be a holiday resort for families in the UK. Today it is known as one of the most well known holiday resorts in the UK. The first Butlins was opened in Skegness and this is where Butlins introduced the all famous (or infamous?) Redcoat entertainment.
The founder – Billy Butlin changed what it meant to go on holiday for a family. By creating an environment where there is entertainment, shops, things to do around a basic tent or caravan field, a holiday somewhere does not have to leave the Butlins camp site.
Butlins facilities may include water parks, ammusements, bars and pubs, restaraunts, fair grounds and shops to buy souvenires. So whether the holiday maker would like to have fun or relax theres something for everyone at all the Butlins parks.
There are Butlins parks all over the country. Three of them are Butlins Minehead, Butlins Skegness and Butlins Bognor Regis.
